Shipping Policy

  • All limo or luxury car rentals for an event comes with a hired chauffeur to drive. If not, you can rent a luxury car through our car sharing platform. For chauffeur-driven executive car rentals, all fees will be clearly outlined in the contract to help avoid any potential problems.
  • All stretch limos have a minimum rental requirement of three hours. Luxury transportation services (airport drop-offs, business meetings, etc.)  in SUVs or sedans do not have the minimum rental hours requirement. 
  • If driver gratuity is not included in the total, be sure to set aside cash to tip driver at the end of the night; 15% to 20% is standard if they’ve done a good job.

Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation: Cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your trip starts. Cancellations not meeting the 24hours requirement will not be eligible for a refund and full cost of rental will apply. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Detail Cancellation & Deposit Refund Policy: If cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup date, all deposits made will be fully refunded. For Holidays, Prom Dates or other special events, a full refund will be made for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup date. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date, a 50% cancellation fees will be charged. Cancellation made less than 24hours is not eligible for a refund.

  • Same day bookings: Should you wish to cancel a booking made the same day 100% costs will apply and no refund will be given. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings where the customer has been abusive to any members of our team.
